S.T.O.R.M. (Specialized Tactical Operations Relief Mobilization Team) is a veteran-founded, non-profit organization with a powerful motto: "Num Custos Fratris," which translates to "Our Brothers' Keeper." This phrase encapsulates our mission to uplift and empower individuals in the communities we serve by offering invaluable disaster relief training and educational resources such as CERT (Community Emergency Response Team), SAR (Search and Rescue), EM (Emergency Management), and DR (Disaster Relief).
Who We Are
S.T.O.R.M. is dedicated to providing immediate and efficient relief during disasters, alleviating suffering, and supporting long-term recovery efforts. Our teams have been on the front lines for six years, saving lives and restoring hope in the darkest times. Even amidst the challenges of COVID-19, we persevered, driven by our unwavering commitment to serve. Our volunteers deploy to disaster zones in their own vehicles, lodging in military tents to ensure every precious dollar goes where it is needed most.

By partnering with local volunteers, non-profits, corporate charity foundations, and humanitarian groups, we aim to build a safer, more resilient world for all.
Our Mission
S.T.O.R.M. is not just a charity—we are a lifeline in times of need. Our mission is to alleviate suffering by providing immediate relief during disasters. Beyond immediate relief, we assist with long-term solutions by providing shelter and greenhouses for growing food locally.
Building a Training Academy
To continue our mission, we need your support to build our Training Academy. This facility will allow us to train and deploy teams to disaster zones nationwide, providing critical aid and support to communities devastated by natural disasters where FEMA and other organizations fail to provide enough support.
